Associates at Rowe Chiropractic Offices have the advantage of acceptance at one of the most challenging and rewarding associate programs in the country, as recognized by the Gonstead Clinical Studies Society (GCSS).
The program provides full immersion into the Gonstead system of chiropractic as well as hands-on experience in operating a successful practice. Associates at Rowe Chiropractic Offices are given an opportunity to expand and improve their adjusting skills as well as gain experience with ASBE maneuvers and extension traction. Rowe Associates also learn about the business and administrative end of practice management including the marketing and public relations activities involved in practice development.
At Rowe Chiropractic Offices, we want to see our associates succeed after their experience here. We offer a "Structured Mentor" program, where Associates work with Staff DCs to develop personal goals for their work at Rowe Chiropractic Offices. Regular feedback and scheduled evaluations provide our Associates with the tools to achieve their long-term career goals.
Associates at RCO enjoy a team atmosphere and are backed up by an experienced support staff and state-of-the-art technology. They will be given the opportunity to participate in "Off Campus" events that benefit the community while offering insight into the concerns and priorities of the community and potential patients. Ensuring success in any community or setting, personal "Growth and Empowerment" training is a critical aspect of the program.
The program is designed for new graduates or D.C.s seeking new or expanded career opportunities. Regardless of career plans, the Associate Program at Rowe Chiropractic Offices can open many doors.
We encourage potential applicants to visit RCO for a day. Visits must be scheduled to avoid conflict with patient flow and other applicants. Please call for details about free lodging available nearby.
