Part 1: You Were Designed to Be Healthy

Part 1

Hi, I’m Dr. David Rowe, and welcome to the Monday morning minute. What we’re going to talk about today is the 12 things you need to know to be healthy, and the first thing is you were designed to be healthy—that health is normal and unhealthy is abnormal. Do you believe you were designed to be healthy? Unfortunately, the media suggests that’s not true. But there’s no scientific evidence whatsoever that tells us that sickness and disease are normal. We were born to be an expression of health and wellness throughout our life. If you want to find out more about how you were designed to be healthy, click the link below.

Part 2: Your Body is Smart

Part 2

Hi, I’m David Rowe, and welcome to the Monday Morning Minute. Let’s continue with number two of the 12 things that we need to know to be healthy. Number two is that your body is smart. In all living beings, there is an innate intelligence that runs that being. Well likewise, in human beings, there’s an innate intelligence that runs our body. Your innate intelligence is always doing the best it can to keep you healthy in any circumstance. Any function your body undergoes—whether it’s heartbeat, respiration, digestion of food, immunity, it’s all controlled by our innate intelligence. Even when our bodies are under its greatest challenges, our greatest health problems, your innate indolence is doing the best it can to help you repair and return to normal health. Have faith in the fact that your body is smart, and your innate intelligence is running all of your body’s innate functions. Thanks.

Part 3: Your Innate Intelligence Communicates Across Your Neuro System

Part 3

Hi, I’m David Rowe, and welcome to the Monday Morning Minute. Let’s continue on with number three of the 12 things you need to know to be healthy. Your innate intelligence communicates across your neuro system. Our neuro system actually gives us the ability to adapt to different stressors. Every function that your body undergoes heartbeat, respiration, digestion of food—it’s all controlled neurologically through this communication of our innate intelligence. The brain sends signals down our spinal cord to all the different organs in our body through neurological impulses. So, in order for us to be healthy, function normally, heal repair, to have a normal life experience, we need a normal functioning neuro system. Part 4: Your Spine is Your Body’s Suit of Armor

Part 4

Hi, I’m David Rowe and welcome to the Monday morning minute. Let’s continue on with number four of the 12 things you need to know to be healthy. Number four is that your spine is your body’s suit of armor. Your nervous system is so vital to life itself. It’s the only organ that nature protected its own body shell. Now your brain is protected in this immovable vault called the skull, and your spinal cord is protected in these 24 bones called spinal vertebrae. In order for our body to function normally, our nervous system has to be protected. To find out how your suit of armor is working, click the link below.

Part 5: Stress Causes a Condition Called Subluxation

Part 5

Number five of the 12 things that we need to know to be healthy is that stress causes a condition called subluxation. Subluxation creates an interference to our nerve system. And we know that in order for us to be healthy and express optimal health and wellness, we need to have a normal functioning nerve system. But from different stresses in our life, whether they’re chemical, emotional or physical stresses create this condition called subluxation, and subluxation interferes with our body’s ability to send normal neurological communication, thereby weakening the body and causing the body to break down stress causes. The subluxation interferes with normal nerve supply, and that causes us to lose our optimal health.

Part 6: Subluxations Cause Dysfunction

Part 6

Number six in our 12 things that we need to know to be healthy is that subluxations cause dysfunction, which can manifest as many different symptoms or conditions. Now, since our nerve system is what keeps us healthy and functioning normally if we have an interference to our nerve system through subluxation it causes the body to weaken and dysfunction. And that dysfunction, either very rapidly or over time will lead to different health conditions symptoms, pains, organ dysfunction, disease solicitation is the root cause of many health conditions because it interferes with our nervous system.
