Part 7: Your Life is Naturally Stressful

Part 7

Number seven in the 12 things that we need to know to be healthy is that your life is a naturally stressful. Modern life is filled with stress. Now our body does quite well with intense stress for short periods of time. But we do not do well with stress extended over long periods of time. It actually is more than the body can adapt to and it causes the body to break down. Modern day life is full of unnatural stress.

Part 8: Stress Causes Subluxation

Part 8

Number eight in our 12 things that we need to know to be healthy is that stress causes subluxation. Now, the three main types of stress are thoughts, toxins and traumas, thoughts, mental stress, toxins, chemical stress and traumas, physical stress. Now, with toxins, we know there’s 100,000 chemicals in our environment that were not here 200 years ago. Toxins in our food. Toxins in our air. Toxins in our water that have all shown to be stressful to human physiology. Mental stress. Well, what are more mental stress we’ve ever been before. And physical stress, it could either be a specific thing, like an accident or an injury, or it could be something that, like a small stress like that, we sit for 12 hours a day and the average Westerners get the price set for 34 years of their life. Stresses cause these subluxation and subluxation interfere with our body’s ability to be healthy.

Part 9: How Would I Know If I Have a Subluxation?

Part 10: What Should I Do If I Have a Subluxation?

Part 10

Number 10 in the 12 things that we need to know to be healthy is what should I do if I have subluxation? Well, only specific chiropractic adjustments can correct civilizations. Through careful examination, your chiropractor will evaluate your spine, check your posture to see if you have normal alignment or if there’s a subluxation causing a misalignment in the spine that’s causing stress to the nerve. The chiropractic evaluation the examination looks at posture and looks at neurology to see how are these subluxation affecting the nerves. Then through careful and specific adjustments, the chiropractor realigns the spine, taking the stress off the nerve and allowing the spine to heal. And when the spine heals and the nervous system heals, your whole body heals, then the chiropractor will teach you specific things to do on your own so that the adjustment lasts for longer and your body has a chance to really repair. We correct our subluxation through specific spinal chiropractic adjustments.

Part 11: We Are on a Mission to Help Our Community

Part 11

There were 11 in the 12. Things that we need to know to be healthy is that we are on a mission to help our community. If we want to be healthy, we need to be checked by a chiropractor for subluxation. Our mission of chiropractic is to educate and adjust as many people as possible towards optimal health through natural chiropractic care. You might be thinking, Dr. Rowe, you’re just trying to build your practice when you’re 100% right. I’m trying to build my practice and every chiropractic practice in the world because I know that the only way for our community to truly get healthier is for people to get their spines checked by a chiropractor, get it corrected, and maintain that correction through a lifetime so we can express optimal health. I’m on a mission to help our community.

Part 12: Stress and How It Affects Our Health

Part 12

Hi, I’m David Rowe and welcome to the Monday morning minute. Today’s topic is stress and how stress affects our health. Now we know that there’s when we must know that we think about stress, we think about emotional stress, and we know that we are constantly bombarded by different types of emotional stress, stress of relationship, stress of family, stress of economy, stress about thinking people on the other side of the planet and what they’re going through and their stresses—all of this affects us. But there’s other types of stresses also like stresses of chemical stress, toxins. They said there’s 100,000 chemicals that are in our environment that weren’t here 200 years ago, 100,000 chemicals that are affecting our physiology in a negative way. We also have physical stress or we can say stresses like, you know, I hold the phone like this, I’ve been lifting correctly. I sit in a chair for 34 years of my life. They say that the average Westerner will spend 34 years of their life in a chair. It’s a perverse amount of time. Chemical stress, emotional stress and physical stress all create a stress in our body. Now, how does that stress affect us? Why does that cause such a negative health effect? Well, the part of your brain that manages stress is the part of your brain that manages posture receiving in the part of your brain. The cerebellum that manages stress, that takes in all the incoming signals is the same part of your brain that manages posture. So, from chemical, emotional and physical stresses, it affects it bombards our cerebellum and eventually causes postural deviations as the spine misaligned that have its moral position. It puts pressure on the delicate nerve, interfering with the brain’s ability to send a normal signal down the spine and out to all the organs. And that’s how we stay healthy. Is this communication? But from spinal misalignments, from these stressors, it causes a misalignment. And that misalignment, which we know as subluxation puts an interference in the nerve and doesn’t allow our body to help to function normally. So, what do we do about it? Well, the first thing is you got to try to manage the incoming stress, try to decrease the chemical, emotional and physical stress that we’re bombarded with through a better lifestyle. But we have another problem. We have to reverse the effects that the stress has already caused, the misalignment, the postural deviations that are causing stress in our nerves that we have to do with spinal corrective care.
