Hi, I’m David Rowe, and welcome to the Monday Morning Minute. Let’s continue on with number three of the 12 things you need to know to be healthy. Your innate intelligence communicates across your neuro system. Our neuro system actually gives us the ability to adapt to different stressors. Every function that your body undergoes heartbeat, respiration, digestion of food—it’s all controlled neurologically through this communication of our innate intelligence. The brain sends signals down our spinal cord to all the different organs in our body through neurological impulses. So, in order for us to be healthy, function normally, heal repair, to have a normal life experience, we need a normal functioning neuro system.
